notmuch with the bbdb

One option is to download nottoomuch-addresses.sh from
http://www.iki.fi/too/nottoomuch/nottoomuch-addresses/

Then execute ./nottoomuch-addresses.sh --update

and then pick ~/.config/nottoomuch/addresses.active
(and then remove that directory and the tool)
