[ANN] notmuch vim ruby v0.4

Hi,

Here's a new version of notmuch-vim-ruby, a new attempt to have a
proper vim interface for notmuch.

Changes since v0.3:

 * Avoid wiping other user key-bindings
 * Improved encoding of messages (some servers complained)
 * Automatically fetch notmuch configuration (no need for g:notmuch_rb_database)
 * Improved view of messages
 * Improved efficiency of tagging
 * Properly synchronize maildir falgs
 * Compatibility with Ruby 1.8
 * New option to show next message (<tab>)
 * New option to search from the search view itself

Thanks to Chris Hoffman for some of these fixes.

There is still some on the encoding of outgoing messages that I
haven't managed to nail down, but I don't want to hold this release
because of that. There's plenty of good stuff already, and this plugin
works perfectly fine for me as it is.
