new "crypto" branch providing full PGP/MIME support

Hey, folks.  I've pushed some improvements to the "crypto" branch that:

* add support for replying to encrypted messages
* don't show sigstatus button for unsigned encrypted messages

As always, please let me know encounter any problems.
