In cf8aaafbad68, Arron Ecay changed the way indexing chose a "replyto" from In-Reply-To to References. This mostly works well, but for some corner cases that matter to notmuch users (e.g. the Debian BTS). In this series I try to keep the best of both options, by choosing In-Reply-To when it looks sane.
