Gmailieer v0.9 has been released!

Gmailieer provides fast email-fetching and two-way tag synchronization
between notmuch and GMail.

Changes:

  * Fix docs and help (timeout 0 means min (forver, system-timeout)).
  * All output is ASCII, ensures working on all outputs (read non-ttys / 
    pipes).
