Washing GitHub emails to include inline patch?

Are you a wizard? That worked like magit. I changed
km/notmuch-visit-pr-in-magit to parse the subject via
notmuch-show-get-subject and then went from there.

Was pretty quick too.

Going to try out this workflow more tomorrow.
