A misconfiguration of notmuchmail.org web server?

In this paragraph on the how-to page:

The link in 'For safety reasons, and because ?notmuch...' is letting
me download the `ikiwiki.cgi` binary instead of going to some page.

I guess it's a misconfiguration of your web server?
