[PATCH] emacs: document notmuch-fcc-dirs

This updates the docstring for the variable notmuch-fcc-dirs to match
the new insert code.

Jani pointed out on irc that I had forgotten to update this
docstring. As using notmuch insert for fcc is now the default this is
particularly important.
