ANNOUNCE: muchsync 2 released

I'm pleased to announce the release of muchsync version 2.  Muchsync is
a tool for replicating and synchronizing your notmuch databases across
machines.

The new version is reported to build out of the box on Mac OS X.

There's one new feature, which is a new notmuch config option,
"muchsync.and_tags".  When a message experiences an update conflict,
muchsync deletes any tag in muchsync.and_tags unless that tag is present
in both replicas (a logical and).  For all other tags, muchsync adds the
tag if it exists on either replica (a logical or).  The default for
muchsync.and_tags is to use the value of new.tags, as in previous
versions of muchsync.
