v6 of boolean folder patches

This supercedes the thread at

Since the last  (amended) series to the list, we 

      renamed the database back to a generic name
      regenerated the database
      committed the right sha1
      fixed some existing bugs with T090 triggered by the corpus reorganization.

At least Austin and Jani contributed pieces of this.
