[PATCH 05/17] nmbug-status: Add metavars for --config and --get-query

Now the suggested usage (listed by 'nmbug-status --help') is:
usage: nmbug-status [-h] [--text] [--config PATH] [--list-views]
[--get-query VIEW]
instead of the less obvious:
usage: nmbug-status [-h] [--text] [--config CONFIG] [--list-views]
[--get-query GET_QUERY]
