0.11.1 release in progress

After some long delays, I am finally getting 0.11.1 out the door.  I
have pushed an untagged release candidate to

git://notmuchmail.org/git/notmuch
branch release

encourage you to check it out (har har). I will probably tag and release
in about 12hours, all going well.
