[PATCH v2 0/2] emacs: patch filename from subject

Hi all, v2 with the following changes:

* split the conversion function into three
* figure out patch sequence number from the [PATCH N/M] style prefixes
* write a bunch of tests for the functions
* update the regexps according to bugs found in tests :)
