[PATCH v2 0/2] test: add test for saving attachments using notmuch-show-save-part

This is amended patch from

to test saving attachments withing Emacs using
notmuch-show-save-part.  It uses test_expect_equal_file instead
of test_expect_equal as suggested by Jameson.

This patch is for the release-candidate/0.6 branch.
