[notmuch] Trouble with notmuch-show

I ran into this recently as well.

When the HTML formatting works, it's quite impressive. But when it
decides it needs to save some attachment, then notmuch gets tripped up
and ends up displaying a very raw message.

Improvements would be most welcome, from anyone, of course.
