[notmuch] [PATCH] Make search filters handle disjunctive queries.

notmuch-search-filter now accepts an arbitrary query and will group if
necessary so that we get

  tag:inbox AND (gravy OR biscuits)

instead of the former

  tag:inbox AND gravy OR biscuits
